Now Hiring: Senior Sous Chef
Dishery is where brunch starts strong and somehow ends up later. The kitchen matches the pace. This role is for a Senior Sous who can run a tight section, keep service crisp, and lift the room through what comes off the pass. You’ll work closely with our Executive Chef, help drive seasonal menu changes, and lead the team when it counts.
