WAITSTAFF
You'll set the tone on the floor. Warm, sharp service from the moment guests sit down, a menu you know inside out, and a good instinct for when to jump in and when to let the table linger.
We're after someone with hospitality experience, a calm head when it's busy, and an eye for the details that make a shift run well.
SENIOR SOUS CHEF
Run the pass, back the Head Chef, and step up when they're not around. You'll shape the menu, keep the kitchen moving, and hold the standard when things get busy.
We need real senior kitchen experience, solid handle on stock and cost, and leadership that doesn't need to raise its voice.
KITCHEN HAND
Keep the kitchen honest. Prep, wash, restock, and make sure every section is ready before service needs it, not after.
No experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn from people who know what they're doing.
