Dishery “Spend $20 and Win a Date” - Terms & Conditions
 

Promoter: Dishery, Arrowtown, New Zealand (“the Promoter”)
Promotion Period: 1 September 2025 – 11 October 2025 (NZT)
Draw Date: Saturday 11 October 2025 at the Dishery re-opening party

1. Eligibility

a) Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. 
b) Employees, contractors, and immediate families of the Promoter or prize suppliers are not eligible.
 

2. How to Enter

a) Make a qualifying purchase of NZD $20 or more in a single transaction at Dishery during the Promotion Period and record the receipt number.
b) Scan the QR code or use the link provided, complete the entry form in full (including contact details and receipt details).
c) One (1) entry per transaction. Receipts cannot be split or combined.
d) Extra entries can be made on another date with no limit to how many times you can enter. No extra entry fee is charged. Normal menu pricing applies.
e) Incomplete or fraudulent entries may be declared invalid.
 

3. Winner Selection & Notification

a) A random draw will be drawn from all valid entries after entries close.
b) The winner must be present at Dishery at 2pm Saturday 11th October to win. If the winner is not present, the Promoter will re-draw.
c) The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name on Dishery channels.
 

4. Prize

One prize package for up to four (4) adults, consisting of:

Brunch on us for four at Dishery, up to a value of $500NZD.

One (1) night’s accommodation in at a property arranged by the Promoter, up to a value of $500NZD. 

Return transport between the accommodation and Dishery on the agreed date.

Canyon goodies at the accommodation (e.g. merchandise, snacks or non-alcoholic treats).

The Boat Shed Bakery treats for the following morning.

Exclusions and conditions:

Any alcohol purchased is at the winner’s or guests’ own expense and is subject to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act.

Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the Draw Date.

Dates of stay must be mutually agreed between the accommodation provider and winner, subject to availability and blackout dates.

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
 

5. Accommodation Conditions

a) The winner and guests must comply with all accommodation house rules. A credit card bond or pre-authorisation may be required.
b) Damage: The winner is fully liable for any loss, damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of rules caused by the winner or their guests. All costs must be paid in full by the winner on demand.
 

6. Transport

Transport is provided only between the nominated accommodation and Dishery. Any other travel or costs are the responsibility of the winner.
 

7. Health & Safety

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishery and the accommodation provider accept no responsibility for the health and safety of winners or guests, and no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the prize. Nothing in these terms affects rights under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
 

8. Privacy

a) Personal information is collected to run the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfil the prize. It will be stored securely and handled in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
b) Entrants can request access to or correction of their information by contacting the Promoter.
c) Marketing communications will only be sent if the entrant has opted in and may be unsubscribed at any time.
 

9. General

a) Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
b) The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the process or acts fraudulently.
c) If part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or higher value (excluding alcohol), subject to any regulatory requirements.
d) If the promotion is interfered with or cannot run as intended (including due to pandemic measures, natural disaster, or technical fault), the Promoter may suspend, amend, or cancel the promotion fairly and reasonably.
e) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
f) This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform used to promote or collect entries.
g) These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
